Mike Blessman has watched Jan. 1 approach with mounting concern for his customers who rely on compounded drugs from Blessman Pharmacy on South Main Street in Canton.   Both he and his customers received a reprieve just days before Christmas when Caterpillar Inc. modified its decision to name only Walgreens and Wal-Mart like preferred providers for compounded medications.
