The pets of the week are a brown Siamese kitten and a chocolate terrier mix. The Animal Care and Adoption Center of Texarkana Ark. has 84 dogs 34 puppies 36 cats and seven kittens for adoption said a shelter official. There were 28 adoptions in the past week and 48 animals were euthanized.
